Royal LePage has an immediate opening for a licensed property manager (Full-time, permanent) to join our growing division. This role is a great fit for someone who has a keen eye for details, loves deadlines, has strong communication and multi-tasking skills and is always striving to go the extra mile.

Royal LePage Nanaimo Realty Property Management is a rapidly growing division that is seeking a full-time licensed Property Manager to help us oversee our portfolio. The licensed Property Manager will have the responsibility of managing daily operations at assigned properties. Tasks include, but are not limited to, maintaining property rentals, inspections, marketing and filling vacancies, enforcing leases and securing premises, communicating with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.
We will only consider candidates who are fully licensed as a Property Manager and can demonstrate past success in a similar role. This position does require an individual who is professional and responsible, as well as driven to meet expectations and provide extensive client focus to the resident experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $44,558.00-$60,000.00 per year
