Intent of the process

The intent of this process it to create and maintain an inventory of qualified candidates that will be used to staff multiple positions of various tenures (Acting, Assignment, Secondment, Deployment, Specified Period, Indeterminate, Casual) at Employment and Social Development Canada. Please note that each time there is a staffing need for one of the BDM initiatives/projects, your application may be submitted to the hiring managers for consideration. Public Service employees who are at the same group and level may be considered first for a deployment.

Experience normally refers to the depth and breadth of experience associated with having performed a broad range of related activities. Qualifications for this selection process may be assessed throughout the selection process effective from the time you submit your application. This includes any correspondence (written or oral) with Human Resources, Benefits Delivery Modernization (BDM) Programme.
