Performance Honda Mayfield is looking for an Internal Advisor to join their dynamic team!

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

• Working with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs.
• Preparing repair orders, updating the database system and closing orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.
• Providing assistance to the used car department.
• Providing service recommendations and estimated costs to customers.
• Performing road tests of customer vehicles to assess customer concerns.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction meets both company and manufacturer standards.
• Striving to meet departmental repair order production standards.

What you need to succeed:

• 1-2 years of Internal Service Advisor experience is preferred.
• Organized and Disciplined.
• Willing to have flexible hours and work every other weekend.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Strong computer skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Must be team oriented with a positive attitude.
