Sunderland Co-operative Inc. has an opportunity in our Retail Store Division. We are currently seeking Part Time Retail Inside Representative, at our Sunderland location.
As an Insides Sales Representative, you are responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for every customer instore or over the phone. You will assist the Retail Division Manager and Retail Store Supervisor with the daily operations and objectives of the Sunderland Co-operative Inc. Retail Division.
Essential Job Fu nctions:
- This position requires a blend of skill, strong communication skills and dedication.
- The successful candidate will need to possess a solid foundation in farm supply product knowledge and/or hands on farming experience to assist and support our customers in the farming community.
- You must be willing to continue to update your product knowledge annually to keep current with the ever-changing agricultural industry and to embrace new products.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Perform assigned tasks to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Assist with loading customer vehicles with purchased products according to load receipts
- Assist with the restocking of merchandise on shelves
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service
- Basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work Saturday’s
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CAS approved work boots required
- Ability to lift 25kgs
