Enterphase Child & Family Services is a reputable agency that has been providing live-in and day treatment services for children, youth, and adults for over 25 years.

We are currently seeking qualified individuals to work as part of a team providing support, supervision, life and social skills learning to a young male adult (19 years old) residing in a live-in treatment program within the Peterborough Area.

The duties will include (but not be limited to) assisting with the day to day routines within the home, providing therapeutic and corrective interventions as per the individual's treatment plan, social and life skills modeling, attending appointments, assisting the individual with educational and/or work expectations, administrative duties which include writing daily logs, incident reports, logging medication; and participating in the establishment of the treatment plan for the individual in collaboration with the team.

Applicants must possess a post-secondary diploma related to the Social Services field (Child & Youth Worker, Social Service Worker, and/or Community Support Worker Diploma preferred). Experience working with and supporting individuals with exceptional needs is essential.

All applicants must be able to provide a clean Criminal Background Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.

***Our employees receive a $3 hour Wage Enhancement on top of their regular hourly rate. i.e., if an employee earns a regular hourly rate of $20.50, they will receive an additional $3 per hour above this rate for a total of $23.50 per hour.
