Immigrate is a software company automating and streamlining the Canadian immigration industry. It is a marketplace which allows companies and individuals to find Registered Canadian Immigration Consultants to help with a wide variety of immigration application processing by streamlining and automating the immigration application process.
Our goal is to help make Canadian immigration a one click process for all of our clients. Immigrate uses an online web portal to perform all aspects of the Canadian immigration process.
Our headquarters is in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and we’re a fast growing company that has been doubling in size and revenue since 2018.

Immigration Consultant
Position: Part-time to Full-time Contractor
In this role, you will collaborate with the Processing team and work directly with individual applicants and employers.
Key responsibilities:
- Completing and submitting application forms and all required documents for applicants, accurately with representation
- Communicating with ESDC/Service Canada on the employer’s behalf
- Representing the employer during the application process
- Explain process to people hired through onboarding
- Submit and represent worker for applications
- Assist with employer compliance requirements
- Other duties as required
This job is for you if you:
- Are a Registered RCIC
- Have 3+ years of experience
- Have exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Have strong oral and written English communication skills and excellent listening skills
- Have excellent, demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Work well under pressure
- Are client focused
- Are flexible
- Thrive in a startup environment where all teams are agile and ongoing reprioritization is required
