We are home recreation enthusiasts specializing in everything related to pools, hot tubs, and games room, and our team members take great pride in the work we do. POSITION TYPE:

Full time, permanent

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Provide customers with presentations on the benefits and uses of our products
• Develop and build relationships with new clients
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge (training provided)
• Test pool & hot tub water and provide treatment recommendations (training provided)
• Proactively attend to customers needs in person and by phone
• Receive and put away new inventory
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Stock shelves on the retail floor
• Keep the showrooms clean and organized (light custodial duties)
• Participation in company training and development program

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to communicate with customers and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner
• Comfortable using computers and POS software
• Industry experience is an asset but is not required
• Demonstrate an eagerness to learn
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Punctual and reliable

COMPENSATION:

$21-30/hour depending on experience and skillset. Performance bonuses and extended health care packages are also available.
