An established automotive company is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee our high-volume Ford dealership in Western Ontario. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of our domestic brand through your individual contribution, leadership, and teamwork. You will work closely with the Head Office team to achieve the company's strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive dealership General Manager
• Demonstrated knowledge of dealership budgeting, expenses, and finance practices
• Proven business acumen
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
• Adept at training management and staff in keeping with dealership strategy
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and computer applications
