Jobs can range from single item moves, moving supply deliveries to full house moves or an entire warehouse/business. Located in Etobicoke, we move locally and within the province only. Who You are:

CARGO CABBIE Inc. is looking for the best. You are positive, energetic and like to hustle. You are capable of bending and lifting up to 75 lbs, physical work doesn’t scare you- it motivates you!

You are customer service oriented and you are a team player. There are many opportunities of growth for those who show reliability, dedication and leadership.

Main Responsibilities:

Your role will consist of moving furniture from residential and commercial locations, wrapping, packing, loading, disassembling and reassembling furniture for deliveries and moving.

• Load, unload and move furniture and household goods by hand or using basic material handling equipment
• Identify destinations, establish routes and maintain schedules
• Load and unload furniture to and from the truck in a safe manner
• Arrange furniture inside client’s home according to the given instructions
• Ensure the content of the truck is safely packed
• Other day-to-day activities that support the team

Although our typical schedule involves 5 working days, CARGO CABBIE is progressively implementing a new working schedule of 4 days of 10-12 hours shifts to help improve all employees' lifestyle and allow them to spend more time with their families.

MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK OCCASIONAL NIGHT/EVENING SHIFT

FLEXIBILITY FOR WEEKEND WORK IS REQUIRED (OCCASIONAL SUNDAYS)

Wage increases are determined by work performance, punctual consistent attendance, and a willingness to contribute meaningfully to the company and its success. There is plenty of room and opportunity for growth!

CARGO CABBIE Inc. is a drug and alcohol free environment.

Previous experience is not necessary - we will provide full training for the right candidates. Commercial vehicles driving training provided to Full G drivers.

Driver’s License not mandatory but considered as an asset to the company and to the growth of the candidate within the company.
