Experience: All new employees will be trained.

Language Skills: Ability to work safely in a production environment using the English Language

Starting Wage: $18.36 per hour with early opportunity to advance quickly to the next wage level/position of $19.72 per hr. When deemed competent on the fingerjoint line, the wage increases to $20.68 per hr.

Job Overview

Successful applicants will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, be safety and quality oriented, and have good eye/hand co-ordination. The position involves lengthy periods of hand/arm/wrist use and standing, using conveyors, monitors, scanners and ripsaws. The successful candidates will be physically able to complete the duties of production line work. Responsibilities include handling and sorting trim blocks to separate and/or direct usable and unusable pieces, and general clean-up. Each trim block is generally less than 24 inches in length.
