Pleasantview Funeral Home and Cemetery is a state-of-the-art funeral home and reception facility that opened in 2011. Proudly serving Fonthill and the surrounding Niagara region, Pleasantview features 50 acres of landscaped gardens, mature trees and tranquil ponds. Pleasantview has grown and continues to grow at an exponential rate since its inception. We have the distinct honour and privilege of serving more than 425 families annually. In addition to our modern, one-floor facility, we have what many consider to be among the most dedicated teams of funeral directors and funeral service assistants in the Niagara region, if not the province.

What you bring to the role:

  • Passion for customer care demonstrated in previous professional experiences.
  • Driver’s License and vehicle.
  • High comfort level presenting, hosting live events, and conducting community outreach and other proactive communication to target audiences.
  • Experience in business development, sales or customer success is an asset.
  • Willing to demonstrate active community involvement and establish a positive profile of the Funeral Home within the community.
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistently high level of accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
