Independent real estate investment firm looking for a personal and administrative assistant to help perform day to day on call tasks as necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in preparing and processing contractor and subcontractor payments and invoices
  • Researching and getting various quotes and inquiries for building related matters (insurance, utility companies)
  • Managing correspondence from contractors and other companies via phone and email
  • General administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Strong written & oral communication skills are required
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and knowledge of how to use Google Drive
