About Quayle’s Brewery

Quayle’s Brewery is a small but growing craft brewery in the hills of Oro-Medonte featuring an outdoor patio, taproom and event space. Quayle’s Brewery is a destination for visitors to the area as well as a gathering place for the local community.

We are seeking highly skilled, friendly, and hardworking beer lovers to join our team and be part of its success. As a small and growing company, we require hard working and dependable team members to learn and grow with our organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, marketing and communication of events at Quayle’s
• Design and plan the decorations, themes and menus for the event
• Assist in executing special events and weddings
• Prepare all floor plans
• Coordinate & assist in all deliveries for events
• Assist in the set-up and tear down of events
• Follow all company safety and security policies
• Ambassador welcoming all our guests and selling events o Assist in the design of a venue handbook
• Upsell products and services
• Promote brand and help increase awareness
• Communicate digitally and verbally all event polices to guests o Keep accurate records of events and details and costs
• Participate in weekly team huddles
• Follow up post event within 72 hours

Who You Are

• 2-3 years of experience planning and coordinating events
• Passion for all things Craft Beer with a focus on the local community o Creative in ideas
• Detail oriented
• Impeccable service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinker, resourceful and driven
• Collaborative and mindful team member willing to do what it takes
• Able to carry 50lbs
• Willingness to work outdoors and evenings and weekends
