Responsibilities
Here are the tasks that will be entrusted to you in your operator position:

• Read purchase orders to determine job specifications, such as production time, color sequences and quantity required.
• Install the plates and cylinders and make the necessary adjustments.
• Fill the ink wells, take measurements, make adjustments and determine the settings necessary to obtain the desired color and viscosity.
• Set up press and check samples to assess ink coverage, alignment and registration
• Check production from a computer control desk to ensure compliance with quality standards and make adjustments as needed
• Remove and clean plates and cylinders after production
• Roll the print at the fastest speed possible ensuring print quality

Qualifications
The qualifications required for this specialized operator position are as follows:

Be available on the day shift for training
Have experience on forklifts
Have a good team spirit.
Be a patient person
To show initiative
Have basic mechanical knowledge
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Windows
