As an Equipment Operator working on our internal construction crews, you will operate and maintain vehicles, tools and equipment. In addition, you will perform a variety of manual and skilled duties associated with the installation, service, maintenance and repair of natural gas systems and facilities. These skilled duties will be performed in accordance with our standards, specifications and accepted industry practices.
Position Details
This position is a temporary full time union role for up to 6 months.
Qualified applicants will possess

Grade 12 or equivalent.

Class 1A driver's license is preferred.

NOTE: a driver’s abstract dating back ten (10) years must accompany job applications. Applicants with > -15 points within a 3 year period will not be considered.

Two (2) years of recent experience (within the last 5 years) operating a variety of construction, industrial and/or agricultural equipment such as: haul trucks, backhoes, excavators, trenchers, side booms, etc.

The incumbent is required to be physically fit.
