Job Summary: The Environmental Data Analyst will play a critical role in our company's mission to improve air quality. The position will require a deep understanding of environmental data analysis, air quality regulations, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about environmental sustainability, possess strong data analysis skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, manage, and analyze air quality data using our advanced technology and data analysis tools.
  • Develop data analysis tools and methodologies to streamline data processing and reporting.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to clients regarding air quality regulations and sustainability practices.
  • Collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate data insights and findings to clients and regulatory agencies.
  • Monitor changes to air quality regulations and update clients accordingly.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and industry associations.
  • Continuously improve data analysis techniques and knowledge of air quality regulations and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, or higher, in environmental science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in environmental data analysis, air quality regulations, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of air quality regulations, including the Clean Air Act and other federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in statistical and data analysis software, such as R, Python, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for environmental sustainability and desire to make a positive impact in the air quality industry.
