We are a leading liquor warehouse seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Operator to join our team. The Call Operator will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Taking orders from customers and ensuring that they are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Providing accurate information about our products, pricing, and promotions.
- Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensuring that customer records are accurately maintained and updated in our database.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred.
- Familiarity with liquor products and related terminology is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone calls at once.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Comfortable using a computer and familiar with basic software applications.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
