As our Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen team has the necessary tools to deliver exceptional meals to our guests. You will be responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes and equipment, maintaining the dishwashing machine throughout your shift, organizing the work area, and providing assistance to the line or prep team as needed.

A Dishwasher/Cleaner main responsibilities are, but not limited to, the following tasks:

• Work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Using chemical to deep clean kitchen
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment
• Mop and Degrease floors
• Cleaning and degreasing wash walls, doors and all surfaces using proper sanitization processes
• Washing and degreasing garbage cans and other equipment
• Scraping and sorting food waste from dirty dishes/meal tray.
• Rinsing and spraying dishes prior to feeding into the dishwasher.
• Cutlery and kitchen utensils are sorted and placed in soaking bucket prior to washing.
• Dishes organized into piles and/or dishwasher trays/racks to be processed into the automated dishwasher.
• Rack or dishes removed from dishwasher following cleaning cycle completion.
• Dishes transported to storage shelving and/or meal service area as needed.
• Cookware sorted into sink area.
• Rinsing cookware material, and sorting food waster prior to soaking. Hand wash cookware in sink area prior to sanitization in the automated dishwasher.
• Transport cookware to storage shelving.

Previous cleaning and dishwashing experience is an asset.
