Accountabilities:
- Preparing documents for scanning and saving the digital version of the documents to a document management system
- Handling and processing highly secure documents
- Operating printing/finishing equipment as required
Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience with operation of production level print/finishing equipment an asset
- Excellent computer skills
- Organized
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must maintain a high level of professionalism
- High degree of accuracy
- Experience with imaging equipment and scanning software an asset
- Ability to work in a team or independently
- Must be available days, evenings, and weekends
- **NOTE: Due to the nature of some of the materials in the facility, post-secondary students are not eligible for this position.
Work Environment: This position’s work area is in a production environment of Retail Services. The work requires ability to move about frequently and requires attention to the surroundings. Physical effort required to lift 50 pounds of paper (boxes) is required. Attention to detail, accuracy, and verbal communication with customers, co-workers, and management form an integral part of this role.
