Digital Coordinator (6 month contract) Job at Lush Handmade Cosmetics
The Digital Coordinator (6-Month Contract) will play an integral part launching products, ensuring the products accurately displayed on the website. Using strategic guidelines and planning tools, the Merchandising Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the taxonomy at a product level to ensure consistency throughout the website. In addition they will support the administrative needs related to the platform migration working closely with the PM for ecommerce and projects.

Your core RESPONSIBILITIES will include:
- Oversee the setup of new products and ensure quality assurance is completed for all product display pages (PDPs) before launch
 - Assign appropriate product attributes based on best practices in ecommerce and search optimization
 - Provide support to project managers for campaigns and migration, managing day-to-day tasks for both campaigns and product setup, including ingredient and review setup
 - Ensure all copy requests for PDPs are properly briefed in, and that product images accurately and positively reflect the product and its benefits
 - Ensure each product accurately reflects the correct customer experience based on its lifecycle stage (New Product, OOS, Discontinued)
 - Use data and insights to evaluate PDP performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) provided by the Digital Marketing Analyst
 - Manage day-to-day content changes or requests from various stakeholders within the business
 - Collaborate closely with the migration team to provide project management support and work on tasks as needed.
 
You bring the following QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong attention to detail
 - Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
 - Preferred experience of at least 1 year in merchandising within ecommerce and/or product content management
 - Flexible and proactive in responding to changes
 - Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to influence others
 - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
