Heffner Cabinetry & Woodworking Inc. is looking for driven and innovative individuals to join our team as a member of our Delivery and Shipping department.

We are looking for a Delivery driver with loading and shipping experience, to work with a 2–3 person team in deliveries to and from job sites.

Responsibilities of this position include:

· Operation of delivery vans and light trucks

· Perform pre-inspection of vehicle before every shift

· Thorough loading and unloading of vehicles from the shop to delivery sites

- Moving cabinets to respective rooms upon delivery

· Deliver materials and paperwork in a courteous and timely manner

The ideal candidate MUST:

· Hold a valid G class Driver’s License

· Must be 25 + years of age for insurance purposes

· Be able to provide a 3-year clean Driver’s Abstract, must be able to provide abstract at time of interview

· Have 2+ years of driving experience

· Have the ability to continually lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision

This is a physically demanding role and will regularly require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching and lifting 50 pounds or more of various sized cabinetry on a daily basis.

Candidates for this position are required to maintain a professional attitude at all times including on job sites and towards customers.

This is a full-time position offering 44 hours per week, with the potential for some overtime when required.
