Data Entry – Scheduling Support

Position Overview:

Looking for a dynamic and flexible candidate to join our Operations / Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will help support Order Fulfillment, Invoicing, and Inventory Management activities.

Main Responsibilities:

· Invoicing customer orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner

· Manage invoicing of non-stock items (Freight, etc.)

· Creating paperwork for shipment (Commercial Invoices, USMCA’s, CERS, etc.)

· Entry of tracking information into ERP system

· Entry of completed shipments in PRS Files to track shipment history

· Sending Automatic Ship Notices (ASNs)

· Support Inventory Management objectives, for all warehouse locations

· Other Duties as assigned

Education / Experience:

· Post-Secondary Diploma or Certificate within Supply Chain considered an asset

· Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001, CGP considered an asset

· Strong working knowledge within Excel considered an asset

· Knowledge of EDI and ASN’s considered an asset

· Familiarity with Distribution and Automotive environments considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
