Summary
This Data Entry Analyst position for maintaining and validating item and property data in the master data system. The Analyst must ensure data is accurate and properly maintained according to each business case. This individual works closely with various other unit, and effective communication skills are key to succeeding in the role. The Analyst requires superb attention to detail, complex problem-solving ability, and must develop a solid understanding of department processes and procedures.
What You’ll Do
- Create and implemente database designs and data models
- Gather data from multiple sources and programs
- Evaluated source documents to locate information needed for each data entryfield
- Sort documents and maintain organized filing process
- Complete data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Locate and correcte data entry errors and reported to management
- Manage documents by organizing forms, making photocopies, filing records,preparing correspondence and creating reports
- Organize, sort and check input data against original documents.
What You’ll Need
- Familiarity with real-estate industry where data maintenance and management were a core part of the role
- Understand information security and confidentiality
- Advanced excel skills
- Familiarity with Google Sheets

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $17.50 per hour
