Data Entry Clerk Job at Freedom Mobile (Dealership Stores)
We are looking for a data entry clerk to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and examine customer paperwork, monthly and quarterly targets, with other financial reports
Data entry and verification into system, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
Initiating new processes to improve financial efficiency
B/R and B/P posting and reconciliation;
General office administration responsibility including ordering of supplies, executive assistance and other duties as required;
Qualifications:
Hands on Quick Books Pro, excel or similar software is an asset.
Detail and deadline-oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Police clearance certificate will be required once hired
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift Monday to Friday (full time)
- 4-hour shift Monday to Friday (part time)
Main Duties:
- Preparing and creating documentation
- Data entry
- Work with the Team Leader/Manager to achieve the business needs, goals and objectives
- Help other staff members when required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to confidently use computers and navigate the Microsoft Office suite
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
