We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will play a critical role on the Digital Competition and Customer Insights team, reporting into the manager of this function. This team works on strategic projects personalized customer experiences across CTC. This is a high-visibility role that often supports the Senior Executive team and collaborates with other across functional teams in the organization.

What you’ll do

You understand the importance of data integrity. With an “automate first” mindset, you have the skills and abilities to formulate actionable insights for business stakeholders and to synthesize information across a broad ecosystem to enable data-driven decision making. You are a team player with strong communication skills and with a collaborative spirit. You’re able to network on all levels and have a genuine curiosity that grows your understanding of projects. In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for the management and handling of data
  • Query, extract and transform raw data from multiple data warehouses to conduct key insight and in-depth analysis of customer interactions across various channels
  • Develop reporting dashboards to translate complex data into actionable insights across the organization
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise with an entrepreneurial mindset, and provide scalable resolution with follow-through
  • Steer ad-hoc projects that leverage multiple sources of data such as web analytics, loyalty amongst several other data sources
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to influence decision-making with data

What you bring

  • B.S. in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science.
  • 2+ years of professional work experience in data domain
  • Advance knowledge of SQL to perform complex data analysis
  • Experience with Data intelligence and visualization platforms such as Looker, Google Data Studio, Tableau or other tools
  • Experience using Excel
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical analytical specifications
  • Balance of technical and business acumen, including modeling and strategic business case development
  • Bonus points if you have experience with:
  • Python or another language to transform and process data
  • GCP data technologies (Google Cloud, Big Query), experience with other cloud databases such as Snowflake
  • Data intelligence and visualization platforms such as Looker, Google Data Studio, Tableau or other tools
