YOUR NEW CHALLENGE

We are looking for bilingual pro of customer approach, to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in our Optical division. The customer service representative is responsible for managing orders, returns and warranties requests and answering clients’ questions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chats.
  • Process customer orders.
  • Answer technical questions from clients about products specificities (No worries, a technical training on the product will be provided!)
  • Solve issues with orders and address customer’s specific needs.
  • Manage returns and warranties requests and verify the returned products.
  • Manage the product return cycle with our suppliers.
  • Qualify and issue returns and credit authorizations.
  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives and logistic team.
  • Bring your inputs on improvement opportunities based on customers’ feedbacks.

QUALITIES OF OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Previous experience in a customer service position.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingualism French & English is a must.
  • Comfortable using MS Office (word, excel, outlook).
  • Being a key team player.
  • Knowledge of SAP, an asset.
  • Knowledge of optical industry (an asset) or desire to learn (a must)
