We're currently in 3 Ontario locations: Windsor, Leamington, and London. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is a reliable multi-tasker, adaptable, and loves interacting with people. You have sales experience with safety, industrial or construction. Your goal will be to build a customer base by converting visitors into regulars.

Responsibilities

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Greet, assist, and direct visitors within the store
• Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on new and current products offered
• Professional phone etiquette, communication with customers in-person, by phone and email
• Handle customer complaints by providing prompt solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Accountable with strong initiative to learn and adapt quickly within the company
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines by responding promptly to customer inquires
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
• Reliable team player able to work well with others
• Desire to build a customer base by converting visitors into regulars
• Basic understanding of POS systems and computing skills

Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of inside sales experience required
• High school diploma required
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Preferred 25 years of age for vehicle insurance purposes
• Ability to lift and carry products and packages, as needed
• Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Able to grasp new concepts quickly
• *Experience in safety, industrial or construction considered an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
