Inland Industrial Supply Ltd. is a wholesale distributor of industrial tools, equipment and safety supplies. We are searching for a motivated professional to join our inside sales team at Kitimat, BC office. This role is essential in maintaining our success and building for the future. The successful candidate is responsible for driving new growth, securing new business, and retaining existing business by providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

· Provide customer satisfaction by establishing rapport and proactively following up

· Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts

· Provide technical information and preparing quotations

· Ability to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities

· Keep updated on industry products and services

· Manage customer sales quotes, sales orders, production orders and service returns

· Work closely with the outside sales team on customer orders, needs and concerns

Jobs Skills & Qualifications:

· Industry related sales experience required

· Minimum two-year industry knowledge and experience with welding, safety, and construction consumables

· Excellent communications skills with strong phone presence

· Exceptional customer service skills and sales acumen

· Good organizational skills

· SAP database experience is an asset

· Willingness to learn the business process and new software programs

· Currently located in Kitimat, BC area
