Customer Service and Sales Job at Champion Shavings Corporation
Customer sales and support. Successful candidate would answer incoming emails, direct messages and phone calls about for any existing or new customers related to our east or west coast operations.
Responsibilities include booking new orders, confirming deliveries, processing paperwork for trucking (including customs brokerage), responding to any new inquiries with price quotes, finding new potential markets and customers via internet search when time allows.
Qualifications: Must be well spoken with a good telephone and email manor. Outgoing, friendly personality, fluent in English. some familiarity with the United States map is ideal as most of our customer base is south of the border. Any French or Spanish language skills are an added asset.
Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm - some holidays must be worked (never weekends), but a lieu day will always be made up immediately before or after, as agreed in advance on a per time basis.
Four weeks vacation after 1 year (2 weeks in the first year - pro-rated to start date). Christmas bonus of up to $10,000 (pro-rated to start date, and based on performance).
This is an in-person position, with some exceptions given to severe weather days where a work from home option may be possible.
