CSR (Customer Service Representative) Job at Britnell
Are you a natural 'people person?' Do you love helping others, particularly when it comes to healthcare needs? We are looking for a new individual to contribute to our productive, upbeat team! The Customer Service Agent will answer customer inquiries, provide product knowledge, and process orders. You’ll become a product expert in the range of Healthwick and Geri Fashions' products, incontinence supplies, other medical items and adaptive clothing.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Positive and motivated attitude with a strong compassion for customers and sales
- The ability to become a product expert in a range of products and deliver this information to customers in a clear and professional manner
- Comfortable speaking on the phone regularly to customers, with patience
- Computer skills, the ability to easily navigate software, (Google Workspace, Excel, Gmail) and the ability to type with attention to detail
- Capability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail oriented when entering customer information
- Efficiency when maintaining customer and order information
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Who Are We?
Britnell is an Oakville based company in the senior care market looking to give people the products they need, delivered direct-to-home. We have several ecommerce businesses addressing customer needs in health care, fashion and education, but are consistently looking at new markets to grow into.

Our hours of operation fall between 8:30am and 5:00pm EST Monday to Friday. Although this is a full time posting, please let us know up front if you’re looking for part time hours.
**Please Note: This position is located on site within our Oakville office space and we are searching for a candidate that is comfortable working in our office full time.
