Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Creative Director to join our team to help manage the full digital design process surrounding our innovative SaaS product suite touching operational technology, financial planning, business insights, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and implementation of the creative strategy across our SaaS portfolio
• Refine and enhance experiences across the entire customer journey
• Lead, inspire, and provide direction for a creative team
• Responsible for team buildout and growth
• Collaborate with team members to lead design and follow implementations through the development lifecycle for a variety of digital products
• Promote awareness of UI/UX design throughout the company
• Continually look for new and innovative ways to visualize data to improve readability, contextualization, and storytelling
• Build storyboards, wireframes, flowcharts, and high fidelity design mockups to help communicate concepts
• Maintain the design guidelines within a design system and help promote its adoption
• Implement best practices for designs centered around reusability, flexibility, and scalability
• Collaborate on marketing deliverables and help establish guidelines for product communication and awareness

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Ability to uphold the brand and position it for future success
• Knowledge of current design trends and when to apply or adapt them to improve user experience
• Proven design and communication skills to lead initiatives and express vision
• Experience creating and following a design system
• Proficient in design handoff and coordinating with developers
• Experience with photo, video, and experience editing applications (Adobe’s Creative Cloud or alternative)
• Understanding of modern interface patterns and libraries including Angular, Vue, or React is a plus
• Understanding of Microsoft development tools and the Azure cloud environment is a plus
• Experience with CSS and preprocessors is a plus

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Minimum of 8 years of experience

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Site visits in the field may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
