KSW Lawyers is currently accepting applications for a Corporate Paralegal. This is a full time position working in our Surrey office.
Job Details
· Preparation of documentation with respect to purchase and sales, franchise matters, estate planning, amalgamations, etc.
· Reviewing, summarizing and analyzing corporate records
· Conducting minute book reviews and rectifying deficiencies
· Incorporating BC companies
· Updating and scanning file materials
· Maintaining BF system
· Experience with ALF / ALF Enterprise
· Processing various corporate transactions through BC Online and LTSA
· Other duties as assigned
Above and beyond the competition
· Completed Paralegal course
· Well organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet required deadlines
