Arctic Leaf Inc. is a US and Canadian based UI/UX design and development agency that specializes in E-Commerce and web-based application services. Our bottom-of-the-funnel focus separates us from other agencies in the market, and thus are struggling to keep up with demand! We are looking for an addition to the team who is flexible and enjoys working with others in a team-oriented environment.

Having recently gone through a merger, we have consistently grown year over year, and we are looking to maintain this growth, the ideal candidate will possess the desire to assist in this growth and collaborate on different trends to identify key strengths and opportunities.

Our fast-growing team is looking to add a Copywriter. The ideal candidate is someone who has brand or agency experience writing copy for marketing, product, and transactional emails and has the proven ability to emulate various brand voices.

This position is a full-time position. You will work closely with other members of the Content Marketing team as well as the Content Marketing Manager.

NOTE: 2-5 year commitment preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce a mix of short & long format copy that resonates with consumer audiences for client brands and products, with a particular focus on email and SMS
  • Produce copy for internal marketing efforts and projects as needed
  • Collaborate with the Content Strategists to ensure content is on-brand, follows the client and team vision, and is effective
  • Respond to client feedback in a collaborative manner, then finalize copy based on this feedback
  • Quality checking other Content Marketing team members' work, ensuring that it's free of errors and adheres to brand guidelines
  • Team-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Identify and recommend new and innovative creative ideas that will deliver on campaign goals

Necessary Skills

  • Has at least 2-3+ years of direct experience writing email copy at a B2C brand or marketing agency and can provide work samples
  • Able to adapt copy to fit a variety of brand voices
  • Produces relevant, conversion-driving copy
  • Thrives off of collaboration
  • Takes client and internal feedback well and knows how to incorporate notes into copy revisions
  • Has experience quality checking and proofing email copy
  • Strong grasp of language rules, grammar usage, spelling, and punctuation

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with social media copy
  • Experience with web copy
  • Experience with SMS, in-app, and/or push copy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
