Community Nurse - Brantford Job at AGTA Home Health Care
AGTA Home Healthcare Hamilton-Niagara is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients, in a 1-1 home care setting. With 22 years of experience as an industry leader, AGTA Home Healthcare Hamilton-Niagara is a one-stop shop providing the full spectrum of healthcare services, such as; PSW, Nursing, Medical Equipment Sales and Rentals, and Home and Vehicle Modifications. We service the entire Hamilton and Niagara regions and are currently looking for talented, client-focused candidates to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Care for ill, injured, or convalescing client(s)
- Provide basic client care and treatment
- Administer prescribed medications
- Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
- Educate and update client(s) on medical treatments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with client(s)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good standing with CNO
Job Types: Casual (full-time and part-time hours available) nurses who can take on brand new clients.
Job Location(s): Brantford, Caledonia, Simcoe, and surrounding areas

Salary: From $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:
- CNO Registration (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
