MacGillivray Injury and Insurance Law is a civil litigation boutique firm representing clients that have been seriously injured in accidents or denied insurance benefits. Our team of personal injury lawyers and support staff strive to achieve superior compensation for both our clients and the members of our legal team. We currently have offices located in New Glasgow, NS; Halifax, NS; St. John's, NL; and Moncton, NB.
Qualifications:
Diploma or certificate from a post-secondary program or equivalent is preferred
Previous call centre or customer service/retail experience
Proficiency and aptitude for working with different types of software (Word, Adobe, Case Management)
Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills
Professional demeanor and positive attitude, with very strong attention to detail
Able to communicate and work efficiently with people in a genuine and compassionate manner
