Reporting to the Director of Testing, Clinical Services the successful Analyst will use a structured approach to developing proactive, reusable test designs that minimize risk, unplanned application downtime and prioritizes patient safety. The successful candidate will leverage their proven experience with industry best practices and standardized methodologies to ensure the reliability of health record systems. The Testing Analyst dynamically contributes QA expertise throughout the software development life cycle including integration, standardization as well as stakeholder consultations and analysis. The Testing Analyst will therefore bring professional communication, problem solving and organizational skills to deliver and document solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will also bring the ability to collaborate and lead projects that mitigate risk, span a variety of complexities and may involve some expenditure monitoring and cost controls. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of quality assurance testing and clinical workflow experience that will allow them to consult with healthcare stakeholders, gather business requirements and implement progressive testing solutions.
