Job title: Sr. Payroll Analyst / Tax Analyst
Location: Point-Claire, QC (Remote)
Duration: 3 months
** Requirement – candidate must be bi-lingual English and French**
** Remote position can work anywhere **
Job description:
· Sr. Payroll Analyst must have experience with multiple Provinces, including Quebec and be bilingual (French Canadian).
· Subject Matter Expert for Canadian payroll tax, labor law, benefit plans (RRSP and WCB), audit procedures, and all things related to payroll accuracy and compliance.
· Interact with ADP, CRA, Revenue Quebec and Workers Compensation Boards.
· 5-10 years of Canadian payroll experience required
· Certified Payroll Associate certification (PCP) is preferred.
· Ability to multi-task required, this position will monitor many activities and document procedures.
· Remote work ok with ability to connect to the payroll team, through daily Zoom team room.
· Able to assist accounting team with general accounting duties and month-end requirements.
· Experience with ADP Global View preferred.
