Little Billy's is a very busy family owned restaurant with an incredibly welcoming and fun atmosphere with the potential for an awesome income with gratuity, flexible schedule, and opportunity to bring your beverage creations to life for our established clientele :)

We are currently seeking an experienced bartender with a keen eye for Drink Presentation, experience making many types of drinks, and who enjoys adding their own flare to their creations.

Responsibilities will include:

Maintaining adequate bar supplies/liquors.

Maintaining the bar. (Bar Supplies/Liquor/Wine stock and rotation, cleanliness, organization, etc)

Serving guests.

Will train the right candidate.

Preference will be given to the following:

Serving it Right certificate and understanding of responsible alcohol service
Fine Dining experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
Must be passionate about drinks, food and people
Strong communication skills with a positive and smiling personality
Wine/Cocktail knowledge
Experience selling/suggesting restaurant menu items, beverages and wines
Certifications in Wine or Liquor (or courses) is an asset
Able to stay calm under pressure, prioritize and synchronize the sequence of service
