Automotive Customer Service Advisor

We are growing our team of Automotive Customer Service Advisors. This is a great opportunity for you to build an Automotive Advisor career.

What will you do in this role?

As an Automotive Advisor on the Team at Concentrix, you will:

  • Communicate via phone from vehicle owners regarding service campaigns, requests for reimbursement, vehicle recalls, component coverage inquiries, warranty or extended service contracts and dealer or regional assistance issues.
  • Contact various internal departments on a daily basis to clarify information, seek guidance and gather information to respond to customer inquiries
  • Review individual customer cases providing mediation on behalf of client for consideration outside policies and procedures
  • Documents new case or updated case file information using Concentrix quality standards
  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’).
  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding; use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
  • Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating of accounts as required.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

  • A passion for helping others
  • Live within 60kms of the Chatham, Ontario site
  • Able to rotate shifts, as needed – Monday – Saturday 7am-12am shifts
  • Internet Speeds of 10mbps download and 5mbps upload
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
  • Ability to learn including strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
