Assessment accommodation
No more endless processes! The ATSSC aims to establish a pool of partially qualified candidates by the end of January! But what does that imply?
- Four (4) screening questions;
- A written exam integrated into this application; and
- No formal interview or reference check *.
The pool will be established immediately after the correction of your application and the evaluation of your second language skills for the reading comprehension and written expression. Ready, set, go !
- Hiring managers may conduct informal interviews or reference check following the creation of the pool.

Please note that the positions to staff are located in Ottawa. Employees are currently working remotely full time although they may be required to occasionally go into the office for operational reasons.

Intent of the process
A partially assessed pool will be created and may be used to staff similar positions at an identical or equivalent group and level with various linguistic requirements, tenures, locations or security level within the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC). Federal organizations listed in Schedules I, IV and V of the Financial Administration Act (FAA) may use this selection process to appoint a candidate to a similar position within their organization.
- IMPORTANT: Please note that the second language skills ''Reading comprehension'' and ''Written expression'' will be assessed before the creation of the pool. Obtaining a level B in these two skills will be required to be qualified in the pool.
