A well-established Delta/Tilbury automotive repair shop seeks a permanent, in-house, full-time assistant office administrator. This is an in-house position, no remote work is possible or available. Do not apply if you cannot work in-house at our location for the specified work hours.

The candidate must have strong communication skills in written and spoken English and be able to interact with customers and staff in a professional manner. Must also be well organized and be able to work in an efficient and organized manner.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9 – 5 and there is room for some flexibility in schedule.

Duties and responsibilities:

Assisting management and accounting staff with general office administration and bookkeeping functions. Prior bookkeeping training is not a requirement, but an asset.

General assistance with office administration functions.

Qualifications:

Must be detail oriented and posses a desire to be accurate and efficient in your work.

Use of Microsoft based PC’s including the use of Excel and Word an asset.

Experience in an automotive repair shop an asset, but not a requirement.

What we offer:

Compensation package with benefits ($40,000 - $45,000 range) depending on experience.

Training will be provided on our accounting software

Ability to grow and be part or our team.
