JOB SUMMARY

Progressive position in a fast-paced multi-national company in Mount Forest Ontario. Responsibilities include providing timely and accurate financial information to various internal and external stakeholders to support the business plan.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in the month-end closing tasks including journal entries
  • Responsible for specific monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations including fixed assets and customer tooling projects
  • Take the lead in determining and executing the year-end standard part costing updates
  • Responsible for monthly expense tracking and forecast reporting
  • Participate in Annual Operating Planning (AOP)
  • Reconcile monthly open receiving entries to ensure accuracy
  • Participate in quarterly SOX compliance documentation
  • Understanding Dana focus on customer centricity – “The voice of the customer” and safety as everyone’s priority

Education and Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor of Accounting
  • Advanced Excel (VLOOK-UP, Pivot Tables) MS Word and PowerPoint

Experience Required

  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work in tight deadlines

Additional Training Required (but not limited to)

  • Standards of Business Conduct
  • Understanding of ISO14001/TS16949
  • Problem Solving

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
