WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
In this position, you would partner with IT and business stakeholders to perform production rollouts, User Access Testing (UAT) and subsequent technical documentation, Pre-and Post-validation where required, monthly data/statistical analysis, and ongoing maintenance of the in-scope applications.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Support Tool Functionality
- Maintain user groups and manage access permissions
- Update forms and workflows in collaboration with T&O when changes are required
- Work with IT on system functionality enhancements
- Perform user acceptance testing of new functionality
- Communicate to end users any outages or defects with subsequent work arounds
- Maintain business technical documentation and prepare communications related to the application
- Maintain application user guides, FAQs, and any training materials
- Facilitate manual entry and logging for special disclosures
Address Tool-Related Queries
- Respond to segment compliance and end user questions on application issues that cannot be addressed by IT maintenance team
- Raise production incidents
- Monitor the mailbox and take appropriate actions
- Address any front-end application issues (e.g.: request stuck in workflow)
- Address questions about data flow and reporting
- Provide training related to the tool upon request
- Collaborate with and assist relevant policy owner as needed
Perform Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare monthly data/statistical analysis and ad-hoc reporting when required
- Assist to ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness
- Support technical queries, investigations, and root cause analysis as well as logging where required and all other support activities that will not be covered by the maintenance team within T&O
- Support any other program issues as needed
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
- Prior experience supporting a business managed application
- Advanced excel and analytical skills
- Advanced user proficiency with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong communicator – written and verbal
- Able to manage a wide group of stakeholders and competing demands
- Able to work well with end users to help troubleshoot issues.
Nice-to-have
- Experience working in a team environment
- Proficiency in Jira and Visio would be an asset.
