Islandsand Holdings Inc. is a locally owned multi-unit franchisee that has been operating in Prince Edward Island for over 25 years and has expanded into Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland. We are searching for an individual who is looking for an administrative position within a rapidly growing company.

We are seeking a motivated and proactive administrative assistant to join our team in our Charlottetown office for a full-time permanent position. This position will provide general administration support to our accounting, operations, and human resource teams ensuring the overall operational needs of the office are met.

Job Description:

  • Be the first point of contact for the office and assist visitors.
  • Support the accounting team and operations with various tasks.
  • Process highly confidential documentation for HR and accounting.
  • Maintain electronic filing system.
  • Be able to problem solve issues and find solutions.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters of direction and other forms as required.

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
