Full Time: 40hr/week, no remote option

Salary: $21.63 - $24.04 per hour

About You
- Educated: Pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or a similar field of study
- Communicative: Whether written or verbal, people know what you mean, what you are asking for, and what is expected
- Analytical:You have an eye for detail and have the ability to interpret data into simple, intuitive information
- Detail-oriented. You have a keen eye for the little things, and you’re comfortable working with granular details
- Organized:You have excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Proficient: Previous experience or interest in accounting, experience with financial modeling and/or accounting software such as Excel or Quickbooks. You love numbers and they love you!
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting senior accountants with day-to-day functions, including AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, and month-end journal entries
- Handling financial reports and creating spreadsheets to track, organize and sort data
- Collaborating with external stakeholders to understand costs breakdown and complete various projects
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee accounts payable processes
- Generating graphs and charts for presentations to senior executive members
- Supporting the Finance team with multiple tasks such as variance analysis, budgets, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned
