About This Role
We are looking for someone to design and develop comprehensive end-to-end solutions with overall accountability for the technical design and delivery of HR system changes on the Workday platform within HR.

This role will be hiring a Senior Designer / Developer who will be able to build and maintain new integrations and capabilities within the HR Workday Platform. We're looking for an experienced Microsoft-based or Java-based developer experienced with the Workday Integration Platform. Candidates who have prior experience with Workday Connectors, EIBs and Workday Studio will have an advantage, but we're looking for anyone with a strong development background. For candidates who do not have Workday integration experience, we're looking for:

• Candidates with a distributed development background in Java
• Experienced developing in Eclipse
• XML & XSLT experience
• REST API experience
• SOAP Web Service experience
• Open Authentication standards (SAML 2.0, OAuth)

• Preferred Candidate should have 5+ years of experience with Workday Studio and Workday EIB
• Candidates without prior Workday Experience should have 5+ years of development experience in a distributed environment:
  • Java Development Experience
  • Eclipse IDE experience
  • XML & XSLT experience
  • Interface development using REST API and SOAP Web Services
  • Open Authentication experience with SAML and OAuth
• Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate
