WELDER / FABRICATOR
All Equip is currently hiring Welder/Fitters for our busy ST.MARYS shop.
We are looking for Welder/Fitters who are mechanically inclined, can weld all types of metal, but mainly Aluminum. Experience operating a brake press and plasma cutter is preferred.

All-Equip Repair & Service has 2 locations to serve you better. We have locations in Stratford and St. Marys, Ontario. We have been in business for over 11 years doing maintenance and safeties on transport trucks and trailers. In our St.Marys shop we specialize in collision repair, sandblasting, painting and refurbishing. We have a large paint booth to accommodate all sizes of vehicles and trailers. We offer permanent full-time, year-round employment, working Monday to Friday, day shift only. We also offer competitive wages based on experience, bi-weekly pay schedule, medical and dental care benefits and an RRSP plan.
Responsibilities:
- Layout and fit, weld or bolt steel structures.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine welding techniques and practices.
- Follow work procedures and instructions.
- Organize and maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area in a professional and safe manner.
- Must be able to operate the crane, torches, grinder, and welding machines.
Qualifications required:
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Have your own tools and safety boots.
- Be safety conscious.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
