Job Description


Reporting to the web commercialisation Director, the incumbent is responsible for collecting and analyzing sales-relevant data: by channel, by product, by brand, by market, then transforming it into insights that the web commercialisation team will use to make informed decisions. He/she tracks sales KPIs and anticipates trends, monitors competitors' initiatives and inquires about best practices, then provides relevant insight to influence commercialisation activities and increase online sales.

  • Participate in the performance analysis of the product portfolio in order to make recommendations and adjust sales strategies (optimization, prioritization, distribution strategies, etc.)
  • Analyze demand by market and by program;
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence and Marketing Intelligence teams, collate data from multiple sources and synthesize the facts for the web commercialisation team by showing key results;
  • Provide data to the teams to establish action plans for distressed routes;
  • Determine the relevant KPIs for each action in partnership with the teams involved;
  • Optimize and develop performance reports to support decision making;
  • Analyze and communicate Web sales performance weekly;
  • Collaborate with the coordinators to analyze the performance of marketing promotions and identify highlights;
  • Monitor competitor activities and new approaches/trends, identify opportunities to increase online sales and recommend appropriate actions;
  • Conduct detailed analysis of monthly website performance and write an expert opinion to share with Marketing and eCommerce management;

Qualifications
  • Education in business administration, sales, marketing or other relevant field
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the following tools: Microsoft Office, Power BI and web analytics applications
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent ability to synthesize and simplify information
  • Bilingualism (English/French)
  • Rigor, sense of priorities and initiative
  • Open-mindedness and curiosity to discover and understand
  • Ability to demonstrate autonomy and adaptability
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team and communicate clearly and concisely
  • Knowledge of the travel industry is an asset.
