Warranty & Internal Service Advisor Job at Murray Hyundai Medicine Hat
Murray Hyundai Medicine Hat has the exciting opportunity to expand its team with the addition of a full-time service warranty & internal advisor. We are seeking a organized, reliable, friendly, goal orientated individual with a positive attitude to fill the open position immediately!
Candidate must be able to:
- Work closely with Hyundai Canada Warranty
- Control Used Vehicle reconditioning quickly and effectively
- Create workflow policies to get better results with efficiency
- Answer phone calls professionally and politely
- Assist customers with making service appointments
- Assist customers with previous service work and/or questions regarding service history
- Call customers to confirm appointments for following days
- Call customers to quality check work completed during visit
- Occasionally provide help to other areas when help is needed
Knowledge, Skills and abilities:
- CDK knowledge considered an asset
- Must be detail oriented and have effective verbal and listening skills with time management
- Pleasant phone voice with proper grammar
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient with computers to book appointments for customers
- Full time position Monday through Friday but must be available for some Saturdays
