No prior container or warehouse experience is required as we will train you from Day one! From paperwork to unloading containers, and using our internal container data capture system. A strong work ethic and a positive attitude are all you need to be a part of Young Guns. [Must be 18+ to be considered.]

- Unload/Load containers until the daily workload is complete (usually 6-8 hrs depending on daily workload)
- AM Shifts 6:50 AM - 3:00 PM
- We physically hand unload the freight from shipping containers, build the stock onto pallets, wrap the pallets and then stage them for put-away drivers.
- Work is physical and repetitive, with some team lifts being up to 50lbs
- Safety is critical to Young Guns, and Job Rotation schedules are in place on all YG Sites.
